Offering Trusted Local Counsel For Clients Outside Of Arkansas
For many businesses and larger organizations, state lines are no longer limiting in the way they once operated. It is becoming easier than ever to operate in numerous states or nationally. For better and worse, however, state lines do matter when it comes to legal jurisdiction. If you are involved in a legal matter in Arkansas but are not based here, you’ll need an experienced and trustworthy local attorney to represent your interests.
That’s where Clark Law Firm, PLLC, comes in. We have a robust civil litigation practice with a statewide reach, and our practice includes serving as local counsel for clients based in other jurisdictions. The credentials of lead attorney Suzanne G. Clark make us an ideal choice for partnership with out-of-state clients, be they individuals, businesses or other law firms.
Court Admissions And Legal Community Connections
Ms. Clark has been admitted to practice in all state courts and federal courts in Arkansas, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. In 2013, the governor of Arkansas appointed her to serve as a special associate justice on a matter before the state Supreme Court. The following year, she was appointed to the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Civil Practice Committee.
Attorney Clark is also actively involved in the legal community. From 2018 to 2019, she served as the president of the Arkansas Bar Association. She has been an adjunct law professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law and is a regular contributor to distinguished legal publications.
